Pre-season conditioning for the 2015-16 season will begin Tuesday, August 25, 2015.

Conditioning runs from 3:45 – 5:15’ish pm Monday-Fri until the first day we are allowed by the SF Section to begin official practices (Oct. 13 this year).
It is not mandatory for wrestlers be at conditioning every day, but the more often you come…the better physically and technically prepared you will be for the season.
You should bring work-out clothes and running shoes. I also highly recommend a water bottle. In addition to various aerobic and anaerobic exercises, we will be doing wrestling specific drills and technique on a daily basis.
